The hubby "invited" me to do an Insanity workout with him today. It was hard. I was so tired afterward, I took two naps this afternoon!

It was so nice to be home from traveling. I went to the grocery store, picked up what I needed for meals this week, and made an excellent beef stir-fry for dinner. I also made a rice pudding that I've been dreaming about for a couple weeks! And together, in moderation, they were within my calories for today. I cannot tell you how good they both were. I am just on cloud nine with my full little belly and sweet tastes in my mouth.
