Downtown Belfast was having a February thaw sale today -- I tried the furniture store, looking for a table to put next to my stove - alas no luck. But I did have fun at the yarn store - everything was 20% off -- got some new needles, markers and several skeins of yarn. I like to make hats to give to our Rotary Club's 100 Fund, whic provides warm clothing, hats mittens and toys to area needy children each Christmas. I've got three done - my goal is 15... and I think I have plenty of yarn to complete them. Right now, I'm working on a baby sweater for a friend's daughter who is pregnant. I hope I get this one done on time. I had attempted to knit one for the young lady who is now pregant when her mom was carrying her... I finished it 6 years later for the second baby in the family.....

Got 25 minutes in on the elliptical -- tried to go at a faster pace than I have been doing. My walking buddy called but I had to say no because I wanted to get to the downtown sales, the dump and a basketball game. Hence, the elliptical.
