1. Lose 5 pounds. This would be a little more than 1 lb a week....very doable!
2. Eat clean(er). This is something I've been wanting to do for a whole but never seem to have the courage to try to cut out processed foods. I signed up for a challenge this month to help me plan so hopefully I can start and stick to it. I'm not saying I'm ONLY going to eat clean foods...it's going to take a while for me to transition....but I will start cutting them out!
3. Abs / squat challenge. As part of my ST days I will do TurboFire Abs 10 and also 150 squats (thanks to Diva's challenge)
4. Track my food intake daily. I've been doing pretty well at this most days....so I'm going to stick to this daily!
5. Start a food blog. This (again) is something I've wanted to start doing for a while but never seemed to make the time for it. I'll track my food in my notes on my phone. At the end of the day ill copy and paste them into a blog and update my food intake as well.
I think this is enough for this month! Guess we'll see how it goes!!
