Read this today --- You CAN get back on track today. Even if you’re moving slowly, you’ll be moving in the right direction!
Thanks for the advice guys, am setting small goals for February
1. Eat 3 or 4 pieces of fruit a day
2. Drink 6 to 8 Glasses of water
3. Swim once this month
4. Sort out Gym thing - Bought a 10 week program ages ago but have not sorted out how to use it.
5. Walk at least 5,000 steps each day.
Ok will give this a go...
