I started out the day with a brisk walk outside. The temperature was 24 degrees. I walked for 15 minutes at a fairly steady pace. emoticon I felt free and happy while walking. Reminded me of when I was a teenager and went for walks to get out of the house and away from everyone!! emoticon

Those walks were less than brisk. Very relaxed and no hurry or need to lose weight then. Just getting out in nature by myself. I needed to have alone time. As I do now. I needed more then than I need it now. Mostly because I live alone now and have plenty of time by myself. emoticon If I want to socialize I have friends close and can visit if I want. Usually I like to go over in the morning. I need to talk a little in the morning. I am more social then. I like to wind down in the evening, besides it is colder to go over at night. emoticon emoticon emoticon

The snow is melting slowly and the parking lot is icy. It melts and then freezes in the evening. We had mild weather today. Up in the 40's and we are expecting that for the next several days. Will be nice for going to church tomorrow.

I used Skype with my sister and her grandson today. He is so much fun!! They live in Wisconsin and I have not seen him in person. Someday maybe I will get back there. emoticon

Well, that is my day in a nut shell. Hope yours was great, too!!

Angie emoticon emoticon emoticon We had sun today!!

Sounds like you had a good day.

We had sunshine, temps just above freezing, and wind. Not a real bad wind, but it still got our attention.

We did get a bit of snow melt.

I never did hear what the groundhog saw, but I be it was his shadow...
