I wonder what the ground hog predicted. I think it's an early spring. One can only hope. It's sure is cold outside, and windy. That wind is frigid. Anyways got all my goals done yestarday, and stayed under the 2000 calorie mark. I got in a 45 minute walk woo hoo.
My goals for Sunday are:
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 calorie mark
spending at least 30 mintues on Spark people tracking my food and exercise.
