Today was okay. I ended up going to a birthday party this afternoon and had
which obviously was not part of my plan. And then, I had two servings of
this afternoon. I did stop myself from eating another bowl of cereal though so that was better than continuing the binge.
Day 1 (Feb 1st):
Day 2 (Feb 2nd): No to the nutrition but
with the fitness. I did a spark people 10 minute upper body workout tonight even though my throat is hurting.
Tomorrow I'm planning on making some things to eat this week for lunch and snacks as well as some delicious pancakes to eat tomorrow as well as Monday.
And then it's time for football!!!
