Falling For Fitness Challenge - Week Fourteen Update

I can't believe that this challenge is almost over! I managed to lose one pound this week so I finally feel like I'm making a bit of progress again but I need to kick things up to really break this plateau.
This week's challenge was to join at least three of the FFF team goals. I joined the goasl for: 500 fitness minutes in a month, eight glasses of water a day and pay it forward. This week I racked up 290 fitness minutes! I'm very happy with that and I fit in little bits of fitness here and there, so no excuses, know that I can keep it up.
I also managed to do the workout from the bonus challenge. Yay for me!
I didn't hit my goal for water, but I did better than I have for the past couple of months. I'm trying out a new rule where I try to remember to have to drink a big glass of water before taking a bite of each meal and snack.
I did pretty well with paying it forward...I've been trying to maintain a positive attitude so I've been making an effort to be friendly and supportive of everyone I deal with in daily life.
So, all in all it has been a pretty good week. Next week I'm going to really do my best and kick some major butt!
