Blow your house down?
Do you really think I would do something so mean?
Instead I huffed and puffed my way through the Couch to 5k interval training again today!
It was a little bit easier today, but I took the first interval a little slower, so I wound up having more energy to last all the way through the program...
I also did 3 walking laps around my neighborhood (4.5 miles) so I've totaled 6 miles today.
Which means I've done 24 miles this week... Wow! Wait, let me recount that...
Still wound up with 24.
Wowza! I think I just impressed myself!

My legs are really feeling it, though!
I'm going to keep at it though!
I want the result of a happier, healthier me!
