I missed a day of getting online but not of my plan! I will keep moving forward ...
Visualize getting up and exercising first thing in the morning instead of sleeping in. How does it feel to start your day off on a healthy note? How can you put that extra time in the morning to good use?
This one doesn't really apply to me because I don't sleep in. Weekdays I get up with the alarm. Saturdays, I wake up when I'm ready and then head off to a yoga-fusion class at the YMCA. Sundays, I wake up when I'm ready and then schedule my workout during the hour that my hubby is making his weekly-batch of lunches.
However, the feeling of starting off the day, knowing my fitness plan is off my list, is very satisfying. It's one less thing to have any anxiety about and it's when I have peak energy.
