I am doing a 30-day challenge at my yoga studio. To meet the challenge, I have to take a class every day between now and March 2. I feel like I'm up for it. In fact, having this challenge seems to be exactly what I needed to get my *Spark* back! My fitness was sporadic at best in January and my eating habits were dreadful (although I'm still struggling to back up to speed with the latter). I think good things are ahead for February!
