Oh my! (A la George Takei) A blog TWO weeks in a row?? Whoda thunkit?
This week has been good. I was only able to formally exercise for about 1.5 hours this week, verses my normal 3+ but I also did not consume as many calories each day. And the results for the week are...
....a FOUR pound loss! :D
Here are the BLC#17 Week 2 Challenges and how I've done:
Nutrition: Drink at least eight (8-ounce) cups of water each day. --Check!
Fitness: Perform at least 10 minutes of fitness each day. --Check! (Even if it wasn't formal, I've at least walked/climbed stairs for at least 10 minutes a day)
Motivation: Read SparkPeople motivational pages. --I ready Sonia's ;)
Bonus: Sign up for a virtual race. --Doing now! :)
My individual goals:
Drink 8 cups of *water* not sodas, water, everyday - Check!
At minimum go to my M/W exercise classes - Missed Wednesday due to illness... but went to Mondays class
Try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep a night. (guys, this is a vast improvement over the 4 I was getting before) Got at least 6 all but one day this week, There was one day I only got about 4.5 though
My new/continuing goals:
Continue to drink water, but try to increase to 12 cups of water everyday.
Go to M/W classes and do the Jillian Michaels on at least Tuesdays.
When I have any opportunity take the stairs as opposed to the elevator at school.
Continue to try and get at least 6-7 hours of sleep a night.
I'm enjoying this BLC! I can't wait to see how my team did this week. :D
