I feel great today. I'm down 5.4 pounds. The scale smiled at me this morning, showing me that over time I am making the right choices. I've lost this in two weeks and five days so I guess that's fairly on track. And I've exercised a lot today, well, I should say differently from what I usually do. In addition to ten minutes on my recumbent bike I walked a mile to a YouTube video, and I did another ten-minute walking video. I'm one of those people who does best with short bursts of exercise.
Now, if I can just keep it together tomorrow at the Superbowl party we're going to. Wish me luck. I'm bringing the veggies.
