Well eating out is hard. Friday Feb. 1st we went out for dinner with friends. I had 1500 calories for the day and there was no way around it. I can have 1250 to 1500, but I try to stay at 1200 cause I cannot exercise, so I really need to watch what I take in.
Today, Saturday, we went on a river cruise here in Florida and my daily total, with breakfast, lunch on the boat, and dinner will peak at 1310, that really isn't too bad, but still over.
Tomorrow I will need to make sure I don't go over 1200, or the scale will not be kind to me. Also the salt in the food....blag! Friday everything tasted like salt! UGH!
I guess if the week average is about 1200 that should be okay.
