A little late today, but I still wanted to post!
Breakfast: flaxseed oatmeal w/PB&J + orange juice + pumpkin seeds
Lunch: hummus veggie wrap + glass of soy milk + 1 orange
Dinner: moo shu tofu + hot and sour soup + 1 beer
Morning workout: Hemalayaa's Yoga for Urban Living - AM routine; .8 m walk
Evening workout: rest night
