2 - 30 minutes - 189.9 calories - 1.93 miles Weights - back - 12 crunches run/walk ratio 8/30
3 - 30 minutes - 173.8 calories - 1.85 miles - midnight sluggish 5/30 run/walk ratio
19 - 17 minutes 104 calories - 1.07 miles - 5/17 run/walk

Total 1h 17 minutes - 467.7 calories - 4.85 miles

I am going to work my way towards running another half marathon. To do that, I'm going to be tracking my walk/run ratio. The goal will be to run more minutes than I walk.

I'm starting the month off with a good frame of mind. I think a lot of times that is half the battle.

    Mrs. you said a mouthful there! I agree that good frame of mind is totally half the battle, at least speaking for myself! You and I are on the same page here. I'm impressed that you want to do a half-marathon, that's an ambitious goal and I wish you swift feet and powerful lungs!
