Alright, so I have this whiteboard calendar that I use to write down what I did for exercise, how many calories I burned, and what my calorie deficit/surplus was for each day so that I can see it all right in front of me. I'll be taking pictures of the calendar at the end of the month and also posting what I wrote here so that I know for sure what it says. Also to take note about this... sometimes my deficit might be a ? or a huge number and that's only because sometimes I suck at tracking my food or I just really don't know the nutrition info on something I ate.

25: No workout, grocery shopping. Burned 2237 cals. 1 deficit.
26: Walked 55min. Burned 2112 cals. 704 deficit.
27: Weigh in 171.4 lbs. Walk/jog with Mike 1hr 3min. Burned 2316. 786 deficit.

So... typing this all out really helped too because now I realize how all over the place I am! I really need to get it back together...
Next weigh in with measurements is tomorrow so we'll see what everything is at then!
