So, slacking on working out has been an issue for the past few days, but today, I got my workout in, and I finished the week burning over my calorie suggestion! I'm definitely proud of myself. I've been working a lot on my academics, so things have been readjusted to balance everything.
As for my stress levels, there a bit down today thankfully, because of everything falling into place a little better, and the promise of getting to see my boyfriend after not seeing him for a month, next weekend!
Just got to keep moving forward...
