Slacking and Motivation

So, slacking on working out has been an issue for the past few days, but today, I got my workout in, and I finished the week burning over my calorie suggestion! I'm definitely proud of myself. I've been working a lot on my academics, so things have been readjusted to balance everything.

As for my stress levels, there a bit down today thankfully, because of everything falling into place a little better, and the promise of getting to see my boyfriend after not seeing him for a month, next weekend!

Just got to keep moving forward...

    Good for you. The reality is that you DO have to take time to make accommodations when your situation changes, stress is PART of life. Now that you have settled into a more normal routine, you will find you relax and then if YOUR life is anything like MINE something else will happen and turn things upside down again. Glad you found some motivation and got a great workout in today. Keep up the good work.
