The fitness part of this thing has been difficult for me. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and every time I work out I end up in pain so I always cut my work outs shorter than I planned. I'm doing ok on the nutrition part of it. I have been following the 6 week eating plan on (there's some good recipes on there). I've also been getting all my water intake in, and I haven't been drinking soda or sugary juices. Only Iced Tea and water...all in all I'm proud of myself. I just got to work on getting better with the fitness. I'm gonna try wrapping my knee (the joint that gives me the most problems) before I work out and see if that helps any. I've lost around 9lbs so far (just in the month of Jan)!!

    You're doing great,I'm sorry for the knee pain... I think it will adjust, but don't fore it too much. emoticon

    Hi, you are doing awesome. I have a friend that has the same problem with exercising as you do. She uses a heating pad before workouts to warm up her joints and then stretches when done with the workout. I hope this will help you. Take care and keep it up. You are on the right track.

    Great progress, sounds like you are doing well with your program and addressing the hurdles and impediments. Have you talked to your personal physician to see if there are any ways you can address the health limitations? Good luck! emoticon emoticon
