The fitness part of this thing has been difficult for me. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and every time I work out I end up in pain so I always cut my work outs shorter than I planned. I'm doing ok on the nutrition part of it. I have been following the 6 week eating plan on womenshealthmag.com (there's some good recipes on there). I've also been getting all my water intake in, and I haven't been drinking soda or sugary juices. Only Iced Tea and water...all in all I'm proud of myself. I just got to work on getting better with the fitness. I'm gonna try wrapping my knee (the joint that gives me the most problems) before I work out and see if that helps any. I've lost around 9lbs so far (just in the month of Jan)!!
