Got up the morning and went to the Y. Did an 85 minute workout which 45 was cardio.
Last night went to the Y even though it saw snowing and extremely cold. So glad I did.
Finished shopping for this week's foods. Will be going to church later on and then planning on doing a cardio DVD to build up some more cardio for our challenge.
Getting use to the Bi-pap machine. Looking forward to sleeping through the night.
