It's not so bad after all!!

Saturday, February 02, 2013

I saved 350 calories a day to save for my anniversary dinner and drink.

I saved 2450 calories for the week.
I ate 2390 calories last night.

I have 60 calories to spare!!

Happy Girl :)

I have only 77 calories to burn today. I will do abs and stide jumps using my monitor. :)

I will get more weight training in next week. Cardio alone is not enough.

That's some wise planning! Planning is such an important part of this journey. I try to remember that my days go better when I plan instead of being spontaneous. lol I like the way you saved those calories. I did that during the Christmas dinner by preparing the days before but I really didn't eat as many calories on that day as I thought I would. Thanks for sharing your successful plan! Enjoy the week!
