I saved 350 calories a day to save for my anniversary dinner and drink.
I saved 2450 calories for the week.
I ate 2390 calories last night.
I have 60 calories to spare!!

I have only 77 calories to burn today. I will do abs and stide jumps using my monitor. :)
I will get more weight training in next week. Cardio alone is not enough.
