OK so my new year's resolution has always been to lose weight for quite a few years. So this year I decided I was not going to make a new years resolution because they are too hard to keep LOL :-) It got me off the hook of failing yet again.
So here we are the first days of February, not jinxing it, but saying all things are lining up. Back to the gym w/my trainer, knee is in good shape, I have the time to go twice a week at night. Even though it's Friday night at 7:30 which is the last place I want to be at that time but its for a good cause. Taking a class at work called Lose to Win, it's a group effort and nutrition education. We will see how this all goes.... again.
