New year's Resolution....Not

Saturday, February 02, 2013

OK so my new year's resolution has always been to lose weight for quite a few years. So this year I decided I was not going to make a new years resolution because they are too hard to keep LOL :-) It got me off the hook of failing yet again.

So here we are the first days of February, not jinxing it, but saying all things are lining up. Back to the gym w/my trainer, knee is in good shape, I have the time to go twice a week at night. Even though it's Friday night at 7:30 which is the last place I want to be at that time but its for a good cause. Taking a class at work called Lose to Win, it's a group effort and nutrition education. We will see how this all goes.... again.

AWESOME!! You are making some really good choices and when things go well, it really becomes a journey and not a dreaded resolution. Have fun and keep making better choices and you will see super successes. You are off to a good start.

I did that last resolution was to NOT have any resolutions and I lost about 15 lbs! So I repeated the resolution again this year and we'll just see where the year takes us. Good luck to you!
