Before I got out of bed today I said my prayers for the morning. The next thing I did was spend a few more minutes visualizing a strong, lean, healthy, and happy me. As I have worked on my Saturday chores and projects I continued to picture myself as the lean and healthy person I'm going to be. As I put laundry away I envisioned my closet all neat and tidy filled with cute, stylish small clothes. While I was at it I swept any hidden negative self talk right out the door.
The one and only time I lost a substantial amount of weight visualization was my greatest resource. Spark Coach and a webinar from the Gabrielle Code reminded me of the power of this tool.
