So I'm going to start by saying that for the most part I am really ok that I haven't been gaining or losing weight. However it's been about 2 months since I've really lost anything. I'm happy that over the holiday I didn't post a gain and since then I haven't either. But it's getting kind of frustrating that I'm working my butt off working out (and yes before you ask I know I'm eating enough calories for how much i work out) but it's not showing. It's been a few weeks since I've taken measurements but I'm not feeling a difference like i had been. I need to find a way to really break though this plateau that I'm in.
