Week 1: Day 7

My loss of motivation these past 2 days can be reflected in my lack of blog entries! But I'm back now and ready to work. 11 hours of weekend dance should help. Weigh in tomorrow though! Ahh!! I just don't want to be disappointed. But I had my english muffin peanut butter banana and milk for breakfast today just like everyday this week, and a subway club for lunch with baked chips, and now I am trying to plan my food for tonight because i dance from 5-10 with no break so I don't know what to eat so I have a lot of energy without feeling overfull and sluggish. I will have cottage cheese after dance but nothing else because I need to have an empty stomach for tomorrow morning. I have changed my goal to 152 for tomorrow, but I think I am going to change my overall goal to 133 instead of 135. Fingers crossed for tomorrow!
