February is a short month, but I have a list of goals I would like to aim for this month!
I have noticed that I am not as strict on myself as I used to be, so this month I am getting a tighter grip on things I can control.
Here are my goals for February:
*Avoid eating out at restaurants
*Eat more freggies
*Get more active
*Just do it! Get up and get going!
*Stop making excuses!
I am looking forward to losing 10 pounds this month!
