I read a study that said that even if people aren't braggarts (and I hope I'm not), they do tend to post details about their races and running. So, I'm happy to report that on this 20 degree-morning, by far the coldest morning I've run, I was able to run my longest distance, closing in on 10 miles! Gold is 15K!
