Goals For February

My goals for this month:

~ Watch my sodium intake- I have been going over 2000mg a day for a while now, I need to keep it under 2000mg a day!

~ Work on my abs and my chest area more. Find exercises for these areas and incorporate them into my days.

~Keep on maintaining the weight I am currently at.

    How I manage my salt. I avoid canned goods, packaged goods and excess salt. I just dont add or put salt on my food when I cook it! (I just dont buy the items either or low salt items and eat more fruit like bananas which have potassium in it, which helps to lessen the salt intake! I use Cayenne pepper and oregano and sometimes Mrs Dash if i need some taste to some foods like salads. Or use no salt mustard for salad dressings instead ...for taste! I limit how much too! I use the cayenne pepper on potatoes and meats and cinnamon on sweets for that added taste! Both help! Hope it helps you too. susana

    Those are all pretty doable and great goals. I love that you aren't focusing on the number on the scale!
