It is working. my pants are feeling loose, which means I am loosing inches as well. Which means my tummy is shrinking. IT is encouraging none the less. Today I will run/walk outside and get some fresh air and next week I want to go shopping for some pants that fit. (nice reward instead of food) well.... this morning I did make my favorite.... french toast with strawberries. but I didn't over-do it. I pray you all find success this week. especially with the temptation of superbowl sunday. my new goals this week is to set a workout schedule in stone. And to make it a regular routine. It fluctuates so much, I need the consistency.

    I have a workout routine and change some of it every 2 months to challenge my body some more.
