Goals for February

It's just 17 days until we leave for our first of 3 big vacations this year. My goals for the next 17 days:
1) Go to the gym 14 times in the next 17 days. Average 60 minutes of exercise. Include swimming at least 4 of these visits.
2) Stick to healthy eating. Cut out the late night nibbling! I think I better cap my eating at 8:00 each night.
3) Work on getting 8 hours of sleep each night.
4) I'm in a low cycle at the moment that I need to turn around but it's probably a matter of waiting it out for a few days. Continue the eating right and exercising during these days.
5) Heavy duty cleaning of my house. We have visitors coming in 12 days and I want the house to sparkle!
During our vacation:
1) Lots of walking, hiking, and swimming.
2) Continue to eat healthy food - fish, chicken, lots of fruits and veggies
3) Have fun!
