Day #223 - Saturday morning ...

Worked out yesterday - did my lunch walk and 2 floors of steps. Think I can increase to 3 floors maybe next week. But we're back to walking. I walk with one of my co-workers (a guy) so now a few of the ladies are like call me when you're going walking. emoticon Well I'm not one to wait for anybody so I'm like 1pm be downstairs or catch up. I'm not calling anyone....

Went to the gym yesterday - moved the plain elliptical over to the elliptical with the poles and I used the poles the entire 50 minutes. I stopped using them the last 10 minutes - in total I was on the elliptical for an hour. My upper body is definitely feeling that workout this morning. Then I scooted over to the bike and cycled for 15 minutes. WooHoo a great workout. Discovered that going to the park to walk/jog before the gym is not going to work. Traffic is horrible going there and heading back to the gym it's even worse. So for now until I can get up in the mornings, I'll stick with the lunch walk and stairs.

As for today...got a few errands to run, then to the gym and resting the rest of today. May do a wee bit of organizing today. Have a great day everyone and make it healthy, fit and happy!!

    Got in a 1.5 hour workout at the gym today!!! Was going for 2 hours just couldn't get myself there....

    You had a great workout! Keep up the walking at work. Every little bit of exercise helps. I usually walk at work too, but lately my co-workers have been slacking. I guess I need to do like you & just go with or without them! Have a great Saturday! emoticon
