Missed a day blogging. Missed a workout too. Basically with this cold, I just have not felt up to the fitness challenge. Was up until 3am coughing last night as well, so woke up late and just barely got Carson to his basketball game on time. Was just too tired to work out this morning, but then I jumped on the scale and saw that I weighed 218 pounds! That is a loss of 26 pounds in 40 days! Since weigh in day is tomorrow, that motivated me to get my butt down to the treadmill and get this morning workout done! I put in 34 minutes and burned 263 calories. That brings my weekly minutes up to 275 (goal 270) and weekly calorie burn to 2207 (goal 1600). Final Weight 218.2, a loss of 26 pounds in 40 days!
