These were last weeks goals.
1. Fitness/aquatic center 1x
2. Walk 3000 steps in a day.
3. Earn 3 floors climbed badge(10)
4. Redo January Jumpstart week 4 completing the videos
5. Positively Yours mini challenge started today
6. Cardio 5x
7. Organize bedroom
I did not go to the fitness/aquatic center this week. I hurt my back on Monday and I am still in pain today. I have a Dr. appointment on Monday.
Walk 3000 steps in a day. No, this was not done either. I tried walking thinking it would take the kinks out of my back, but it just made it worse.
I did not climb the stairs. My fitbit did give me floors climbed but it was probably from the hills.
I did a video on Monday and I think that is how I hurt my back or aggravated it. It was hurting Sunday night but it got worse after exercising.
I did do the mini challenge, stayed within my calories and SP ranges, met all goals except exercise and salt one day.
My bedroom did get more organized, swept and dusted.
My toes down to the middle of my feet are completely numb. Before it was just a couple of my toes so something has changed. It is in the left foot more than the right. The Dr. told me it has something to do with the spinal cord when I complained about the feeling of tingling in my toes.
Tomorrow I will come up with goals for next week. Until I see the Dr. on Monday, they will not include any exercise, except gentle stretching.
