Groundhog Day

I hauled my blurry butt out of bed when I woke up naturally this morning. I had the quotes posted from friends yesterday running through my head- GET UP the breeze has something to tell you.

lol

I did notice I was more tired at bedtime and fell asleep quickly and slept well. I woke up feeling refreshed. Might be on to something.

So it's Groundhog Day. I'm watching the movie before work. I love his movie and it makes me smile. The critter says we're in for an early spring. Yay!

I'm looking forward to being able to walk daily. I need to build my strength and stamina. I've been doing some daily yoga and my knee is really sore. I'm trying to find balance. I have noticed walking is easier, I am able to get where I need to go effortlessly. Just trying so hard to be patient.

I downloaded the podcast app and the Sparkpeople radio segments. The girls are funny and entertaining. Highly recommend it.

Overate my caloric limit yesterday. Not too bent out of shape- will do better today.
