This mornings choices: breakfast at a restaurant or going to the grocery store for Greek Yogurt (100 calories), fresh fruit (banana) and granola. Did the healthier choice rather than the bacon and eggs, home fries. Did get 6 donut holes and enjoyed every last bite of them. So, to ease my conscience I'm going to take a long walk along the beach and get some some and burn some calories!
