I was on vacation this week, I did not get my 10,000 steps in each day.
My normal week:
10 minutes on the bike in the early morning! Best suggest yet for me.
after work in case I haven't hit my 10,000 steps I hit my treadmill.
The last week we finally added a Bowflex for strength training. Our exercise room is complete.
