February Goals

While on my elliptical this morning I was doing some thinking about what I want to accomplish this month, what I NEED to make happen to get rid of the rest of this baby weight. As we all know, goals are easier to stick to when we put them in writing, so here goes:

1. Complete the February Fab Ab Challenge - refer to yesterday's blog for details.

2. Do it by the numbers - 15 miles/week (walk, run, or elliptical); burn 2000 calories/week; and get my 1000 fitness minutes this month! It has been too long since I got my 1000 minutes!

3. Track my meals at least 4 days a week. I am just being realistic here, knowing that doing it all day everyday is not something I will be able to stick to.

4. Meat-free Mondays - I don't eat a lot of meat anyways, so this should be relative easy; adding it in for my SprakFriend, Mary.
