As I was getting on my yoga mat this morning to start my session, I noticed the sunrise and took a moment to snap a picture and enjoy the beautiful colors int he sky as the sun came up.
My meals have been similar to the previous week but I did have a different breakfast yesterday - 2 eggs scrambled with some veggies. I am happy to know that I am not reactive to eggs and they can become a staple in my diet again.
This plan is all about finding out what foods work with you or against you. So far the only reactive food was bread but that wasn't a big surprise. I know my body doesn't like wheat products - instant gain and breads and pasta are a rare treat.
I had a cup of coffee 2 days ago but not yesterday. I still don't miss it and it wasn't the huge "ahhh" when I had that first cup after 30 days. So for now I'll stick with tea and only the occasional coffee.
