Put one foot in front of the other

For the past two weeks I have made a deliberate effort to get the fitbit to 10,000 steps or more each day. I have made many trips to retrieve or carry things that in the past I would not have made. I do like to multitask so I would have instead loaded myself up instead of making multiple trips. I dislike exercise so much though, that I have decided to put in as many steps as possible just by doing my daily "thing". For the most part I have been successful. It is hard to get steps while "on the couch watching tv". I also have been watching the amount of food and types of food I have been consuming. And so... I am down 4 pounds. Woo Hoo....wanted it to be more as I prepare for a trip but... I will take success any day. (and it wasn't that hard).
