DH and I went this morning and signed up for Transformation Nation, a 16 week program for exercise, nutrition, and wellness taking place at our local YMCA. We will have meetings with a nutritionist, weekly weigh-ins and group workouts, and a weekly workout assignment.
Since I have been struggling with my weight, I am hoping that this will help me get back on track and motivated. I am also hoping they can help me find things I can do since I broke my toe yesterday.
After getting signed up, we went to get our passports in preparation for our trip to Cancun in June. I am graduating in May, and this is my graduation present!
Timing couldn't be better: the Transformation Nation program will finish up the week before we leave for Cancun!
