Does anyone ever have the feeling like they are daylight healthy eaters? Like some kind of a weird junk food vampire....which is not very easy when the food in cupboards and fridge are almost all healthy food. The only remnants of junk would be kids sugary cereal and I can wreck my day with a generous portion of that about 9:00 pm. Ok ....a Rhino needs an action plan!
Today is grocery day... no more sugar cereal for my kiddos or lets face it mostly me.
But What else can I do? hot tea at 9:00 doesn't interest me and my diet hot cocoa gets way too much light whip cream on top.
If I could curb this vampire foodie in me I'm sure it would unlock the doors to the weight coming off.
