Saying I have a big elaborate spread sheet is an understatement! I love seeing my progress :)
I started this whole journey after seeing an episode of "Exterem Makeover: Weight Loss Edition" ... now, while I know that their weight loss is fake, unsafe, and quite frankly stupid ... I did like the idea of breaking my goals down into Phases of three months each.
I personally find that smaller goals (instead of 100 lbs in a year) are more ... doable. I also like that the show factored in weight loss slowing down. Thus Phase 1 included a larger weight loss goal than Phase 2, 3, or 4...
So .... I decided to copy that!
I have adjusted and readjusted my goals throughout Phase 1 (I actually started with trying to loose 60 lbs in Phase 1 ... I dont know that I ever thought that truly possible, but Im a fan of pushing for big numbers - I think it motivates us to go longer, harder, adn loose more than if we aimed for smaller numbers. That being said Ive always been ok with not hitting my goal.)
So here are my NEW Phase Goals!
Phase 1: 40 lbs - DONNNNNEEE!!
Phase 2: 33 lbs - Current Phase
Phase 3: 23 lbs
Phase 4: 13 lbs
Here's to the next three months! Im so proud of having accomplished so much already!!
