A new year to make another new me

ok so last year I lost a little over 20 pounds that I have fluctuated at within a few pounds. This year I am polishing it off with a final 10 pounds to lose and fitness improvement. I am so impressed with my running improvements and overall fitness improvements it just makes me want to keep going. I am so much more now than i ever thought I would be today. The other day I ran 2 miles on the treadmill in 18:10. I was ecstatic! Never thought I would be able to do that seriously but now I just can't wait to find out what more my body can learn to do. I am back on the island for vet school for my 3rd semester and have been here approx 4 weeks now. My fitness plan for the semester is to work out 4 times per week. Right now I am doing 1 hour of cardio 2x per week and 2 days of strength training, one arms and one legs day while doing abs both of the days. I have been keeping up with it and feeling better. I basically did not work out at all during final exams in Dec and then didn't even do it over the holiday break. Oh well! When I got back and was doing it again, man was it a little rough. But now I am fine and feeling strong again. Currently I am a 137 and setting my goal weight for 130 at the moment. Going for the big solid 30 pound loss!
