We've had some wacky weather the past couple of weeks. Temperatures dropped down pretty close to 0 last week, and this week we had a day that felt like spring. Now it's back down to the 20's/30's. All this flip-flopping does NOT make me want to run outside. It was a treat to run in the 60 degree weather, but it was kind of a shock to my body at the same time!

I only ran twice this past week. I was also terrible about tracking my food, because I ate a ton of junk. It was someone's birthday at work and I ate a bagel and cream cheese AND a piece of cake at 9:00 a.m. Holy moly!!!

In spite of this, I managed to maintain my weight loss this week. Maintaining will be my goal until the weather gets a bit warmer...then I'll be going back into weight loss mode. It's kind of nice, because it will allow me to enjoy my new weight for a few months before jumping back into losing. I am pretty happy with how I look now, after all...I should get some time to enjoy that feeling before I start trying to change it again!!
