Down another .8 today! I am under 213. This means I am past 75% of the way to goal!
I already did my 90 minute walk today, and ate my mushroom scramble. Cooking up chicken for lunch and dinner. My snack is 1/2 a cup of macadamia nuts. I feel even better this morning. I plan on napping till 3, and then going to the kitchen to volunteer.
Today is groundhog's day. No shadow, so we get an early spring! So I step outside, and it is snowing. Heavily! So my question is.. How does groundhog taste? I am sure it is low carb.
I think it is proof that weathermen are horrible. We expect better advice from a groundhog.
Meteorologist are okay, but groundhogs have " shadow technology ".
Tomorrow is the Super Bowl. I will probably watch it on DVR, after my brother gets home from the pizzeria. My Pistons play the Lakers early ( 1 p.m. ), so its a great day for sports.
