So pleased to say I have now been a sparkie 1 whole year
Ive just about got off all my excess christmas blubba I gained. got another 3lbs then ill be the lowest ive been in close to a decade.
Ive been eating lots of homemade, home mixed spicy food lately. I eat lots of light chicken meat so its nice to do different things with it.
I made a massive dry batch of tandoori mix today so its nice and easy to prepare. I use it with low fat Greek yogurt, mixed together with the meat and leave it in the fridge sealed away for at least 12 hours. very yummy and i know exactly what im eating. no hidden salt etc.
