My February Goals...

To get to my goal weight by August, I need to loose 2 pounds per week. So this is my goal.


My goal is to try new exercises to keep it fresh and fun.


My goal is to make time for myself.


My goal is to stay away from processed foods...eat fresh!


My goal is to meditate for a healthy lifestyle.
