Still trying to learn my way around SparkPeople. Doing better with food, but need to improve with exercise. Warmer weather (21' this morning!) will help with the walking.

    I agree!! You can do it!! I use my treadmill during cold and inclement weather or do laps around my first floor. In fact that is how I started before I got my treadmill. Any exercise you can do indoors would work. Lesley Sansone DVDs walking in place are great..I have done them too. Dancing is great exercise. When I started dancing,my hips would get achy so I walked in place. Each day I gradually increased my time so now can dance without walking for an hour. There are also chair exercises that you can do inside too. While you are getting acquainted with the site, check out the exercise videos. THose are great too.
