First off,,,Happy 28th Birthday to my son Brad!!! How Blessed I am to be your mom and how Proud I am of the young man you've grown up to be!!!

Secondly..Happy Ground Hogs day SP!!! Well, Phil has predicted and early spring...we can only hope!!!! LOL I know I'm ready to spend more time out of doors to get my exercise......

With that said....today will be a down day for me...giving the body a rest.....feel a bit guilty but know I need to listen to my body, and its telling me NO to exercise today..LOL Tomorrow will get back in the saddle again!!!
