Day two of experiment

Did a hundred and five minutes of exercise so if you break it down it would be.....

15 minutes breakfast
15 minutes lunch
15 minutes dinner
15 minutes snack
15 minutes snack

75 minutes total

105 - 75 = 30 minutes extra

The experiment results are showing me that for me the promise to workout before eating doesn't prevent me from snacking but does add steps to my day.

Going to continue while seeking other ways to gain self control.

Pray everyone finds what works for them to live a healthy happy life.
